1.These terms
These terms apply whenever you book a cleaning service with us — through this website, over the phone, or on WhatsApp. Booking a clean means you accept them.
They are written to be read. If any part is unclear, ask us before you book.
2.A booking is a request, not a confirmation
Sending the booking form does not reserve a slot. It tells us you want one.
We confirm your booking by phone, WhatsApp or email and give you a reference number. Until you have that confirmation, no date is being held for you.
We may decline a booking — if no crew is free, if the property is outside the area we cover, or if the job is not something we do.
3.Quotations
A quotation is based entirely on what you tell us about the property. Quotations are valid for fourteen days.
If the property turns out to be materially different from the description — much larger, much dirtier, or needing work we did not quote for — we will tell you before we start and give you a revised price. You are free to decline it, and you pay nothing for that visit.
4.Prices and VAT
All prices on this website and in your quotation are in UAE dirhams and include Value Added Tax at 5%. The VAT amount is shown on its own line on every quotation and invoice, and our Tax Registration Number appears on the invoice.
Prices published on this website are starting prices for a standard visit. Your quotation is the price that actually applies to your job.
5.Payment
There is no payment form on this website and we do not take card details online.
Payment is due when the work is finished — cash, card, or bank transfer. For recurring schedules and corporate accounts we may agree invoicing terms in writing.
An invoice unpaid after thirty days may pause further visits until it is settled.
6.Getting in
You are responsible for giving our crew access at the agreed time: being there yourself, leaving keys with a concierge, or arranging entry another way.
If we arrive and cannot get in, we will call you and wait up to thirty minutes. If we still cannot start, the visit is treated as a cancellation at short notice.
Please tell us in advance about pets, alarm codes, building access rules, parking, and anything else the crew needs to know before they arrive.
7.Changing or cancelling a visit
Reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice.
With less than 12 hours' notice we may charge up to half the price of the visit, to cover crew time we can no longer fill.
A recurring schedule can be paused or stopped at any time, with 12 hours' notice before the next visit. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
If we have to cancel — illness, vehicle trouble, weather — we will tell you as early as we can and offer the next available slot at no extra cost.
8.What a standard clean does not include
Unless we have agreed it in writing beforehand, a standard clean does not cover:
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances.
- Exterior windows above ground level.
- Pest control, mould treatment, or biohazard cleaning.
- Clearing construction debris or removing rubbish in bulk.
- The inside of cupboards, drawers and wardrobes that are full.
- Laundry, ironing, cooking, or childcare.
Ask us about any of these. Where we can do it, we will quote for it separately.
9.Your belongings
Please put away cash, jewellery and anything fragile or irreplaceable before we arrive, and tell us about surfaces or items that need particular care.
If we damage something, tell us within 24 hours of the visit so we can come and see it. We will repair it, replace it, or claim on our insurance.
We are not responsible for damage caused by existing wear, faulty fittings, or items that were already broken before we arrived.
10.If you are not happy with the clean
Tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will send a crew back to redo the areas you are not satisfied with, at no charge.
That re-clean is our first remedy. Where a re-clean is not appropriate, we will discuss refunding that visit.
11.Our staff
Our crews are our employees. Please do not offer them work directly, and do not ask them to do jobs outside the booking — they are instructed to say no.
If you engage a member of our staff directly within six months of them working in your property, we may charge a recruitment fee.
We will withdraw a crew from any property where they are treated abusively or asked to work unsafely, and that visit will be charged.
12.Limits on our liability
Our liability for any single visit is limited to the price of that visit, except where the law does not allow us to limit it — which includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen, such as a missed appointment or loss of business.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute we cannot settle between us goes to the courts of the emirate in which our office is registered.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on the day we confirmed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
Something here unclear?
Ask before you book rather than after. We would far rather explain a term now than argue about it on the day.
